At Restore Oncology Care’s Miranda clinic, we recognise that healing and wellbeing extend far beyond the physical. Our guided meditation classes, led by experienced teacher Berni, are designed to support your mental and emotional health—whether you’re living with cancer, supporting a loved one, or simply looking for a moment of calm in your week.
These classes offer a gentle, practical way to reconnect with yourself, reduce stress, and improve your overall wellbeing.
Our meditation classes are open to people at all stages of life and health. While many of our participants are navigating cancer treatment or recovery, the classes are also suitable for:
No experience with meditation is needed. Berni will guide you step-by-step in a calm and welcoming space.
Each session includes a 45-minute guided meditation that combines breathwork, mindfulness, and body-based relaxation techniques. You’ll learn skills you can take into daily life, whether you’re managing treatment, navigating change, or seeking emotional clarity.
