Cancellation Policy

At Restore Oncology Care and Lymphoedema Clinic, we understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly. However, late cancellations and missed appointments reduce our ability to offer that time to another client and affect the smooth running of the clinic. Our cancellation policy applies to all appointment types, including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, exercise physiology, exercise classes, nurse consulting, nutrition, counselling and massage.

Our policy

• 24 hours’ notice or more — no fee.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice — a fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment cost applies.
• Same-day cancellation or non-attendance (no-show) — a fee of 100% of the scheduled appointment cost applies.

How to cancel or reschedule: Please contact us as early as possible by phone on 02 75015013 or email info@restore.physio or manage your booking directly through our online booking portal. Our reception hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm.

Payment of fees: Cancellation fees are payable prior to your next scheduled appointment. These fees are not claimable through Medicare, NDIS, or private health insurance, and are the responsibility of the client.

Exceptional circumstances: We recognise that genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances do occur. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please contact our reception team to discuss — fee waivers are considered on a case-by-case basis at the clinic’s discretion.
